A single day is enough to make us a little larger. – Paul Klee
Breast augmentation is a plastic surgery that makes small breasts more voluminous. Rather than simply increasing the size of your breasts, it can also resolve a variety of concerns, such as cases where the sizes of both sides are asymmetric or you are dissatisfied with the shape of your breasts.

Regardless of the above, people who are dissatisfied with their current breast size or shape may be candidates for breast augmentation.

Who Needs Surgery
  • If you concerned about small breast size
  • When both breasts are of different sizes and are asymmetrical
  • If the shape of the breasts has changed due to childbirth, breastfeeding, etc.
  • When breasts have become smaller due to dieting
  • If you do not like the position of the breasts

Before & After

Surgeon that is more important than implants and care after surgery
The type of implant you choose is important, but what is more important is who performs the surgery. The representative director with more than 20 years of experience in plastic surgery at Seoul National University and an experienced specialist from Seoul National University personally conduct all procedures. With extensive experience, we have a private care system that minimizes patient pain and discomfort even after surgery. We consider the patient’s beautiful body and comfortable mind our top priority.

Incision Parts
Incision Parts
Underline incision of breast
This method involves making an incision of about 3 to 4 cm in the folded area under the breast, which allows for a wide surgical field of view and makes it easy to secure space for the implant. This is the incision method I use the most and is also used for complex reoperation and surgeries that require a lot of correction.
Armpit incision
This method uses an endoscope through an incision of approximately 3 to 4 cm in the armpit folds. Over time, the scars of the surgery will appear as armpit wrinkles, but the recovery period is long. You may have some discomfort in arm movement immediately after surgery.
Areola incision
By making an incision of approximately 2cm around the areola where the skin is dark, it is easy to secure space for the implant, and arm movement is relatively free. It is known to increase the probability of capsular contracture, so it is limited to reoperation cases.

Position of Breast Implants
Position of Breast Implants
Insertion under the fascia
The method of inserting an implant between the fascia and muscle under the mammary tissue is my preferred method because of its advantages of less pain, faster recovery, and good feel. If the skin is very thin, a hybrid method of covering the implant with fat grafting may be necessary.
Biplane insertion
By cutting the bottom of the breast muscle and inserting the implant, the implant is placed under the pectoral muscle in the upper breast and under the breast tissue in the lower breast. It was widely used in the past, but these days, its use is limited to cases where the skin is very thin.
Insertion under the muscle
This is a method of placing an implant under the breast muscle so that it uses a different room from the breast tissue area, making it suitable for cases with little skin and breast tissue. This is a method that is not used very often these days.

11. Measures to ensure the safety of personal information

When handling users’ personal information, the clinic is taking the following technical/administrative measures to ensure safety and prevent personal information from being lost, stolen, leaked, altered or damaged.
A. [Password Encryption] The password you set when signing up for the site is encrypted, stored and managed, so only you know it, and personal information can only be checked and changed by the person who knows the password. However, if you request changes directly to the personal information protection manager due to difficulties in use, you can change your information after verifying your identity in writing, by phone, fax, or email.
B. [Measures against hacking, etc.] The clinic is doing its best to prevent members’ personal information from being leaked or damaged by hacking or computer viruses.
The clinic regularly backs up data in preparation for damage to personal information, and uses the latest anti-virus programs to prevent users’ personal information or data from being leaked or damaged. Also, the clinic encrypts and stores users’ important personal information (resident registration number, etc.) and safely transmits personal information over the network through encrypted communication. The clinic uses an intrusion prevention system to control unauthorized access from the outside, and strives to equip all possible technical devices to systematically secure security.
[Minimization and training of employees handling personal information] The clinic’s staff handling personal information is limited to the person in charge, a separate password is given for this purpose, which is updated regularly, and regular/occasional training is provided to the person in charge.
However, the clinic is not responsible for any problems arising from leakage of personal information such as phone number, password, or resident registration number due to the user’s carelessness or Internet problems.

12. Notification obligation due to policy changes

This personal information handling policy was revised on the date specified below and if there are additions, deletions, or modifications to content due to changes in laws, policies, or security technology, the clinic will notify the reason and content of the change on the clinic’s website at least 7 days prior to the implementation of the changed personal information handling policy.
