Underline incision of breast
This method involves making an incision of about 3 to 4 cm in the folded area under the breast, which allows for a wide surgical field of view and makes it easy to secure space for the implant. This is the incision method I use the most and is also used for complex reoperation and surgeries that require a lot of correction.
Armpit incision
This method uses an endoscope through an incision of approximately 3 to 4 cm in the armpit folds. Over time, the scars of the surgery will appear as armpit wrinkles, but the recovery period is long. You may have some discomfort in arm movement immediately after surgery.
Areola incision
By making an incision of approximately 2cm around the areola where the skin is dark, it is easy to secure space for the implant, and arm movement is relatively free. It is known to increase the probability of capsular contracture, so it is limited to reoperation cases.
