About Breast Reoperation
Breast reoperation is a method performed to improve dissatisfaction with the results or side effects. Unlike the first surgery, the level of difficulty is high because the previously operated space must be reoperated entirely, so consultation with an experienced specialist is required.
This is because I can accurately analyze the cause of failure in the primary surgery and find an appropriate surgical method.
Dissatisfaction and side effects after surgery are unwanted situations not only for the patient but also for me as the surgeon. However, I would like to tell you that you do not need to be particularly worried because these side effects have decreased significantly compared to before.

Timing of reoperation
Breast reoperation is recommended after 6 months to 1 year, when the breast tissue and shape have established themselves.
If there are symptoms of capsular contracture or inflammation, reoperation may be necessary at an earlier stage.
I accurately diagnose the patient’s condition and, after sufficient consultation, decide on the method and timing of reoperation appropriate for the patient’s symptoms.
Capsular Contracture
Stages of Capsular Contracture
Capsular contracture is divided into stages 1 to 4.
Stages 1 and 2 do not require surgical correction, and only stages 3 and 4 require reoperation, so the number of cases that actually lead to reoperation is not as high as you might think.

Method Of Breast Resurgery
Method of Breast Reoperation
Breast reoperation depends on the cause and symptoms of failure of the primary surgery.
However, in cases where there is a problem with the capsule, the principle is to perform a total capsule resection in which both the front and back capsules are removed, even if the surgical difficulty is high.
Capsular Contracture
I perform methods to change the position of existing implants or remove and replace them. If possible, it is recommended to remove all capsules causing capsular contracture.
Breast Asymmetry
Through precise diagnosis, the cause of breast asymmetry is identified, and reoperation is performed by selecting the method most appropriate for the current situation.
